The Red Temple Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to all offerings held under The Red Temple, including but not limited to: women's circles, sacred sexuality workshops, temple nights, online programs, retreats, private sessions, and any application or registration process (“Events”).

By attending, registering, applying for, or participating in any Red Temple Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

1. Sacred Space & Adult Content

The Red Temple holds space for deep personal exploration through sacred sexuality, somatic practices, embodiment, and ritual. These offerings are intended for adults and may include nudity, erotic energy, trauma-informed practices, and deep inner work. You acknowledge that you are participating in a space that is non-clinical, non-government regulated, and rooted in erotic temple lineages.

2. Personal Sovereignty & Responsibility

Your participation is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing during and after any Red Temple Event. You choose how deeply to engage, and you are encouraged to honour your personal boundaries at all times.

3. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

The Red Temple does not offer therapy, medical treatment, or psychological services. The facilitators are not acting as licensed healthcare providers. These offerings are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health support. If you are currently experiencing significant psychological distress or instability, please seek assistance from a qualified healthcare practitioner. Alternatively, if you are after support after the event or as well as attending the event, both Daniela and Deborah are able to assist in a therapeutic manner.

4. Consent, Boundaries & Respect

The Red Temple is grounded in a strong culture of consent, care, and reverence. All participants are expected to honour one another's boundaries and choices. Breach of these values, including coercion, judgment, or inappropriate behaviour, may result in your removal from the event or community, without refund.

5. Nature of the Work

You understand that The Red Temple offers deeply experiential and sometimes intense processes, which may activate emotional, energetic, or physical responses. This includes ritual, breathwork, movement, sound, and erotic exploration. You participate with full awareness of the nature of the work, and take full responsibility for your own integration.

6. Waiver of Liability

The Red Temple, its facilitators, assistants, team members, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage you may experience—physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or otherwise—as a result of your participation. You waive any and all claims of liability.

7. Agreement at Registration

By registering, applying, or attending any Red Temple Event, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this disclaimer. You acknowledge that you are entering this work with full consent, personal awareness, and self-responsibility.

CONSENT AGREEMENTS

This is a consent-based, trauma-informed, inclusive space. We ask all participants to read and agree to the following principles before entering the Temple:

Radical Consent is the Foundation
Every interaction must be freely given, informed, enthusiastic, reversible, and specific. No full-body YES? Then it’s a no.
Boundaries are Beautiful
Your “no” is sacred. So is someone else’s.
You are Your Own Keeper
You are responsible for your own wellbeing. All participation is optional.
All Play is Optional
Observe, rest, or engage. There is no pressure. Sovereignty is sexy.
Confidentiality is Required
No photos or videos. Respect others’ privacy always.
Care for the Space & Each Other
Respect the space, facilitators, and fellow attendees. Clean up after yourself and check in on others when needed.
No Intoxication
This is a sober event. No alcohol or drugs.
Full Inclusion & Respect
Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. All bodies, genders, and identities are welcome.
Photography
A professional photographer may be present. No nudity or identifiable faces will be captured. Red armbands will indicate non-consent to be photographed.
Sacred Tools
Please treat all toys, props, and sacred tools with care and reverence. These items are lovingly offered for communal use and are essential to our Temple experiences. Kindly return everything to its rightful place after use. As a small business, missing items impact our ability to keep creating these spaces.
This event is for consenting adults (25–55).
No refunds for cancellations.

CONSENT & CHILI RATINGS

To support clarity, comfort, and empowered choice, our events use a Three-Chili System to guide levels of intimacy and play:

🌶 One Chili – Over-the-clothes touch only
🌶🌶 Two Chilies – Hands allowed under clothes, no oral or penetration
🌶🌶🌶 Three Chilies – Includes oral s𓋹x, but no penetrative acts (vaginal or anal)

All play is opt-in, negotiated, and consent-based. You are encouraged to participate only to the level that feels safe and true for your body. Boundaries are celebrated. Nudity is welcome. Safety is sacred.
